Eco Wave Power Installs Wave Measurement Buoy in Portugal

Eco Wave Power is pleased to announce that Capitania do Porto do Douro (Port Authority of the Douro), in Portugal, has provided approval for the deployment of a Spotter buoy in proximity to Barra do Douro breakwater, with the purpose of collecting crucial data for Eco Wave Power’s wave energy project in the region.

The deployment of the Spotter platform was performed by the Portuguese diving company - OCEANSUBTECH, which has several decades of experience in commercial diving for the purpose of renewable energy project installation, maintenance and inspection of underwater structures, and maritime and hydraulic works.
